Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoofDesk ("Service"), operated by TecAdvisor LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoofDesk is a cloud-based CRM platform designed for roofing contractors. It provides tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, proposal generation, and customer communications including SMS messaging.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. SMS Messaging and Compliance

By using RoofDesk's SMS features, you agree to:

  • Only send messages to individuals who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications.
  • Comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and A2P 10DLC regulations.
  • Not use the SMS service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content.
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately when a recipient replies STOP.
  • Take full responsibility for the content of messages sent through your account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and you will be liable for any resulting fines or penalties imposed by carriers or regulatory authorities.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

RoofDesk is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into RoofDesk. By using the Service, you grant TecAdvisor LLC a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TecAdvisor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 90 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
